 Monday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
 Tuesday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
 Wednesday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
 Thursday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
 Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
  Please bring all documents to intake such as police reports, verification of employment with pay stubs and immigration papers.
  All intake is screened by telephone. If accepted in to one of the programs, the caller is referred to an attorney who schedules an appointment.

Languages Spoken:  Haitian Creole, Chinese, Korean, Italian, Spanish
Languages for which interpreters can be provided: Interpreters are provided to all clients, when necessary.
Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Access for the deaf: An interpreter will be provided as needed.
Income Guidelines: 

  The Legal Society of Rochester used the Federal Poverty Guideline(FPG), published and updated annually, to determine client financial eligibility. Guidelines for LAS programs vary from 0%-300% of the poverty level. Programs have the discretion to accept any clients, depending on the circumstances.
 
Exceptions to income requirements are examined on a case by base basis.

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  Domestic violence, court hearing, immediate eviction.
