   To contact this group, CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. (718) 220-5512, Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00.
 
Location: In the case of an emergency, we will see clients that walk in, Our primary mode of intake is through the Homeless Diverison Unit.
Cross Streets: Fordham Road and Bainbridge Avenue
Please bring all relevant documents with you to intake.

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  If you have a Notice of Eviction and a denied Order to Show Cause
