| WHO WE ARE |
The Elder Law Clinic is not taking new cases until mid-August 2012. We handle cases in the areas of adult guardianships under Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law, estate planning, supplemental needs trusts, advance directives (powers of attorney, health care proxies), government benefits (primarily Medicaid planning/eligibility), and elder abuse. Eligibility is based on income and assets, we do not have age restrictions.
