Full Legal Representation
Brief Advice
Pro Se Legal Clinic- Offers Domestic Violence Orders of Protection Pro Se Clinics where clients learn to represent themselves in Family Court.
Other- Community referrals to legal aid/legal services offices in other states.

Emergency Instructions
|
| If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted. |

| What is an Emergency? ACS investigation or removal of children, someone is afraid to go home due to domestic violence or a person has a court date in the same week. |
| |
| Emergency Contact Information: Call 646-442-3100 or walk into the office. The Intake Officer and DV Paralegal will interview the client and speak to the Unit Director.
The Unit Director will make an assessment and assign the case to an available case handler.
If there is a domestic violence emergency after 5, please call 1-800-621-HOPE (3673). |
