Covering neighborhoods of Williamsburg, Cypress Hills, East New York, Brownsville, City Line, Starrett City, East Flatbush, Canarsie and Flatlands.
Languages Spoken:  French, Spanish, Creole
Languages for which interpreters can be provided: In-Office
Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Income Guidelines: 

  Generally, the cutoff is 125% above the poverty Line, with some exceptions for seniors (those over 60). Currently the maximum income is as follows: 1 person household - $12,250, 2 person household - $16,500, 3 person household - $20,750, 4 person household - $25,000, 8 person household - $42,000
 
There are exceptions to the income guidelines on a case by case basis.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  HIV positive
  or related to an HIV positive individual

  Brief Advice
  Pro Se Legal Clinic
  Self-Help Materials
  Other- Referrals and community legal education.

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  Imminent eviction or post eviction; imminent court hearing.
 
Emergency Contact Information:  The Automated Voice Mail system directs the caller to the relevant advocate.
