WHO WE ARE

The American Civic Association (ACA) is recognized by the United States Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to provide current and accurate immigration assistance. The mission of the ACA is to encourage the spirit of brotherhood among nations and peoples; to sponsor citizenship education; to promote racial, religious and political understanding; to cultivate fellowship between native and naturalized citizens and to safeguard and defend the Constitution of the United States.

 

ACA services include legal and technical assistance on immigration and naturalization, consul and visa information, naturalization, political asylum, and citizenship, to name a few.

Languages for which interpreters can be provided: Interpreters are provided for just about any language.

We charge "nominal" fees as required by BIA. If in our opinion, the person cannot afford even the nominal fees, we offer reduced fees or no fee. For refugees we resettle, we charge no fee for at least 2 years.
