WHO WE ARE

The Securities Arbitration/Consumer Clinic (SACC) provides free representation to families and individuals in central New York who have suffered from a consumer transaction including cases involving home repairs, debt collection, car fraud, and other consumer issues.  All legal work is performed by law students under the supervision of licensed attorneys.

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an Emergency?  As a student staffed entity we are usually unable to take cases needing emergency action.
