The Better Business Bureau Serving Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, Albany and Syracuse Regions is a private non-profit organization supported largely by membership dues paid by businesses.
The Better Business Bureau:
- provides reports on businesses that will be helpful to you before making a purchase.
- provides information about charity groups and organizations
- helps resolve consumers' disputes with businesses through conciliation, mediation and arbitration
