| WHO WE ARE |
The Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York is a privately-funded not-for-profit corporation serving New York City, Long Island, and Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, and Rockland counties. You can contact the Metro New York Better Business Bureau via web site, telephone, and by mail, to obtain business and charity information. One of the primary purposes of our office is to resolve disputes between businesses and their customers. We generally handle about 65,000 complaints a year.
