| WHO WE ARE |
Safe Horizon's Immigration Law Project counsels immigrants on obtaining legal status. The Immigration Law Project assists low-income and poor clients with free and low-cost services, including asylum, adjustment of status, Violence Against Women Act petitions, and family petitions.

This organization provides representation to individuals being deported or removed for prior criminal convictions only if the criminal conviction was for a non-violent offense. We do NOT serve immigrants who have committed a violent offense.
