| WHO WE ARE |
InMotion, Inc. provides legal services to low-income women in the five boroughs of NYC. They accept cases that deal with contested and uncontested divorce, orders of protection, custody/visitation, child and spousal support, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) self-petitions for immigration status, and U Nonimmigrant Status Petitions.
In order to receive services at the Queens Family Justice Center, a woman must be a survivor or victim of domestic violence, and must live in Queens or have suffered abuse in Queens.

To contact this group, CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Client appointments are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 12:30 PM.
Clients can come in to the center any day between 9 and 5 to set up a Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday appointment

Emergency Instructions
|
| If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted. |

| What is an Emergency? Survivors or victims of domestic violence who have been served with divorce papers or have a scheduled court appearance before the Thursday phone intake may or walk in weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for advice and brief services. |
