Gay Men's Health Crisis' Legal Services Department provides a continuum of practical and concrete HIV specific legal services that are critical to obtaining and maintaining access to food, housing, medical care and employment.

Bring proof of HIV status, such as an M11Q, a doctor's letter or lab report, and the documents related to the legal problem.

Full Legal Representation- Limited to discrimination based on HIV status. We do not offer services for sexual harassment.
Brief Advice- Limited to discrimination based on HIV status.
Other- GMHC conducts a monthly seminar entitled Your Rights and Responsibilities as an HIV-positive Employee.
