New York Civil Liberties Union Reproductive Rights Project
WHO WE ARE
The New York Civil Liberties Union provides advocacy and legal assistance for cases of civil liberties violations involving precedent-setting constitutional issues. It operates a Reproductive Rights Project that focuses on the reproductive rights of low-income women and women of color. This project also works to protect teenagers' rights to confidential health care, reproductive health services (including birth control and abortion services) and the right of pregnant and parenting teens to remain in school.
