Erie County Department of Senior Services
 
WHO WE ARE

The Erie County Department of Senior Services brings together the programs, services and supportive facilities which help our elderly maintain independence whenever possible. The Department coordinates existing community services as well as plans, develops and administers needed programs and promotes new and better services for all persons age sixty and over. The Department provides information to seniors about health care in their home, adult day care services, errand services, mental health services, and self-help groups. The Department also provides legal referrals.

We provide information and assistance to persons of any age in need of long term care, caregivers, assistance to service providers.
Languages Spoken:  Spanish
Languages for which interpreters can be provided: Call in advance to assure interpreter availability
Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Access for the deaf: Sign language may be available; need to request assistance in advance. Use of TTY phone as well
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  a senior (60 years or older)
