| WHO WE ARE |
The Workplace Justice Project provides advice, counsel and representation to low-wage workers on unpaid wage claims, discrimination, health & safety violations, minimum wage and overtime violations, and re-entry issues, including securing licenses. Workers contact us through our helpline or are referred by a workers' center. MFY holds legal clinics at its headquarters and at community-based organizations in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and northern Manhattan. |
