Emergency Instructions
|
| If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted. |

| What is an Emergency? If the person has been "locked out" of their home, is homeless, has been served with court papers in an eviction or foreclosure proceeding, has no money, no food or essential medicine, has been threatened with utility shut off or had utilities terminated. |
