| WHO WE ARE |

The Bronx AIDS Services, Inc. (BAS) Legal Advocacy Program is dedicated
exclusively to helping HIV-positive Bronx residents with their legal
needs. BAS provides legal representation in a variety of civil matters,
including housing, public benefits, custody planning, domestic violence
and family law.

Bronx AIDS Services prepares last wills and testaments, living wills, powers of attorney and health care proxies. If it is not possible for you to come to the office, Bronx AIDS Services will meet with you in your home or hospital room. |
