WHO WE ARE

We are proud to officially announce the launch of the Worker Justice Center of New York - the coming together of Farmworker Legal Service of NY and the Workers’ Rights Law Center. Our merger builds on decades of achievement in providing direct legal services to agricultural and other low-wage workers, empowering communities, and advocating for institutional change. The creation of WJCNY will allow us to bolster our ability to make a lasting impact across New York State—with a focus on those populations whose rights are most likely to be violated and those most often denied a voice. Our offices in Rochester, Kingston, and Albany will ensure that dedicated staff are available to serve the needs of our community and to push for reforms that reflect their real concerns. Please join us as we embark on a new era of worker justice in New York.
