MFY Legal Services, Inc. - Workplace Justice Project
 
WHO WE ARE

The Workplace Justice Project provides advice, counsel and representation to low-wage workers on unpaid wage claims, discrimination, health & safety violations, minimum wage and overtime violations, and re-entry issues, including securing licenses. Workers contact us through our helpline or are referred by a workers' center. MFY holds legal clinics at its headquarters and at community-based organizations in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and northern Manhattan.

Languages for which interpreters can be provided: In house translation is provided for languages listed above, including Malayaman; for other languages, telephonic translation is provided. Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Access for the deaf: Can arrange for American Sign Language interpreters.
