Legal Services of Central New York, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation which gives free civil legal information, advice, and representation to residents of Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, Oneida, Herkimer, Cayuga, Onondaga, Madison, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Broome and Delaware Counties who are eligible and cannot afford to hire an attorney to help them with civil legal problems and questions.
