The West Village Trans-Legal Clinic: Name Change Project is composed of a coalition of groups, including the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Law Association.  The West Village Trans-Legal Clinic: Name Change Project provides information and assistance to transgender-identified people interested in obtaining legal name changes.  The Clinic is staffed by attorneys and community volunteers who provide general information and assistance to clients interested in obtaining Pro Se legal name changes.  The clinic also provides information about how to go about changing your gender identification documents.
