The NYC Financial Justice Hotline is a project of the Neighborhood Economic Development Advocacy Project (NEDAP). The NYC Financial Justice Hotline is for community groups and low-income New Yorkers. The hotline provides information and referrals regarding: 

• Credit Report Problems
• Debt Collection 
• Lending Discrimination
• Access to Fair Financial Services
• Unfair Bank Fees
• Trade School Scams
• Rent-To-Own, Payday Loans, & Tax Refund Loans

The Hotline does NOT provide information foreclosure, bankruptcy, debt consolidation, and credit counseling.
