Main Street Legal Services, Inc., Immigrant and Refugee Rights Clinic
Interns at the Immigrant and Refugee Rights Clinic at CUNY Law School represent asylum seekers, battered spouses, and residents with criminal convictions, in USCIS interviews as well as administative hearings in Immigration Court. They also write briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Interns also represent immigrants with labor claims. In addition our program offers legal advice and application assistance on naturalization, family petitions, adjustment of status and consular processing for family members. Services are free and confidential. |
