The Albany Law School Law Clinic & Justice Center ("The Clinic"), established in 1981, has a long history of providing free legal services including direct client representation; technical assistance; counsel and advice; referrals and community legal education training. The Clinic utilizes second-year and third-year law students who work under the supervision of faculty attorneys. The Clinic's mission is to provide high quality legal representation and to teach students to be skilled professionals who practice law with compassion and sensitivity to individual client needs.
