Legal Aid Society: Employment Law Project
The Employment Law Project of The Legal Aid Society provides legal advice and representation in the areas of unemployment insurance, wage and hour law violations, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, and ERISA appeals (appeals on decisions about health and retirement/pension benefits) The Employment Law Project also provides legal advice and limited services in the areas of job discrimination, including discrimination against ex-offenders, and wrongful termination. This project also conducts workshops or organizations on employment law issues. |
