Washington County Office for the Aging is committed to Service, Education and Advocacy to meet the needs of Washington County Seniors. Types of services provided include: benefits counseling; Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP); In Home Services such as assistance with eating, bathing, reminders to take medication, housework, laundry, shopping, errands and paying bills; Lifeline, a personal emergency response system, linking the client to 24-hour assistance at the push of a button; Long Term Care Ombudsman; Legal Services; Chore Services; Weatherization; Financial Counseling; Tax Assistance; and Transportation Services. |
