MFY Legal Services, Inc. provides free legal assistance, from advice to full representation, on many civil legal issues. The Foreclosure Prevention Project provides advice, counsel and legal representation to low-income New Yorkers who are facing foreclosure, are victims of various foreclosure rescue scams, or are victims of abusive loan servicing practices. MFY also provides representation to homeowners at settlement conferences. MFY serves low-income people from all five boroughs of New York City.
