Family Circle of Support (previously Council on Adoptable Children - AIDS Orphans Program)
The Family Circle of Support Program provides permanency planning to those
families affected and infected by HIV/AIDS. We work with the entire
family including children under the age of 18. We provide supportive
Individual and Family Counseling, case management, referrals, and legal
services which include: standby guardianship, legal guardianship,
adoption, housing, benefits and entitlements assistance.
