NCLAS provides legal assistance to low income residents of Niagra County who have civil legal problems.  The areas of law that we handle are public assistance (including food stamps and medicaid), Social Security (SSI, SSD), landlord/tenant, bankruptcy, utility shut-offs, divorce, adoption (step-parent only), guardianship (grandparents only).
