NYCHA has announced on January 29th, the availability of 22,000 Section 8 vouchers for low-income families seeking affordable housing. To support this initiative, NYCHA is reaching out to individuals on its waiting list, and will reopen the Section 8 waiting list for the first time in 12 years from February 12 to May 14th.
