The New York Immigration Coalition in partnership with Learning Leaders and Advocates for Children are proud to present a series of informative and empowering borough-based events for English Language Learners and immigrant communities. The events entitled IMPACT: An Educational Opportunity for Immigrant Communities will present information on topics such as how to choose an ELL program, how to access special services for ELL students, how to enroll in college regardless of immigration status, and much more. The IMPACT meetings will also give parents an opportunity to learn about the resources in their community and to voice any questions or concerns about their children’s education.
