Are you making the Minimum Wage?

What is the Minimum Wage in Oregon?
Oregon=s minimum wage of $7.25 per hour applies to nearly all workers in Oregon. This means that your employer has to pay you at least $7.25 for every hour of work you do. Even if you get paid by the piece (the number of pounds, boxes, buckets, etc. you pick) you must receive an average of $7.25 per hour for every hour that you work in a pay period. You can make more than the minimum wage but you cannot make less.
What if I don=t get paid the minimum wage?
If, for example, you do not pick enough strawberries to earn $7.25 per hour, your employer must pay you $7.25 anyway. If s/he doesn=t, you can sue for the unpaid minimum wages and fines that can be as high as $1,740.
