GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICE:
 
Counties served by this office:  Clarion
Interpreters can be provided: Language line is available whenever necessary.

Other accomodations: Deaf services and translators are available.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

No income or asset requirements for domestic violence cases.
 
Other eligibility requirements:
  This program does not serve prisoners
 
Clients will be responsible for court filing fees. Clients will also be responsible for mediation and custody evaluation fees.
 
 
Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency, follow the instructions below. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an emergency?  Domestic violence. Loss of shelter or utilities. Loss of income or essential benefits. Loss of family member (custody).
