Northwestern Legal Services exists to serve the community in assessing and responding to clients' legal needs through their empowerment and attainment of justice.

This office provides free legal representation is provided to eligible clients in McKean and Potter Counties.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICE:

Wheelchair accessible? Y
Other accomodations: TRS services or sign language interpretation will be provided when needed to serve deaf clients.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Clients who have filed a petition for a PFA do not need to be income eligible.
 
Clients are responsible for court filing fees.

This office provides the following services:
 
  Full Legal Representation
  Brief Advice
  Pro Se Legal Clinic- CUSTODY CLINIC. Preregistration is required. Call (800) 665-6957 for information.
