| ABOUT THE PROGRAM: |
MidPenn's mission is to provide high-quality representation to low-income people with a broad range of legal problems, while working with clients to develop strategies to promote social justice. The organization's goals are to increase access to the justice system for low-income people; to foster the independence and dignity of our clients; and to address both the symptoms and the root causes of poverty.
This office provides free legal representation to eligible clients in Lancaster County.

Pre-registration is required for all clinics. Clients should call 717/299-0971, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm to register.

| Income Guidelines: |

Victims of domestic violence will be represented free of charge regardless of income.
|
| |
|
Income Requirements do not apply to victims of domestic violence and may be waived in other special circumstances. Special income requirements also apply to service provided to senior citizens referred by local agencies on aging (Lancaster County). MidPenn has elected to exempt persons who have physical or mental impairments, the elderly, and persons who are in public institutions from the administration of its assets tests.
