| ABOUT THE PROGRAM: |
MidPenn's mission is to provide high-quality representation to low-income people with a broad range of legal problems, while working with clients to develop strategies to promote social justice. The organization's goals are to increase access to the justice system for low-income people; to foster the independence and dignity of our clients; and to address both the symptoms and the root causes of poverty.
This office provides free legal representation to eligible clients in Berks County.

Victims of domestic violence will be represented free of charge regardless of income.

Income Requirements do not apply to victims of domestic violence and may be waived in other special circumstances.
Special income requirements are also applied to the provision of service to individuals with HIV/AIDS related issues in Berks County.
