In Pennsylvania, all dual eligibles and those who receive a full low income subsidy (LIS) will have no premium if they enroll in any of the Part D stand-alone Prescription Drug Plans listed here in 2010. Dual eligibles and those with a full LIS will also have no deductible, no donut hole, and will only have small co-pays for each of their medications.
