
The Pennsylvania Health Law Project will be presenting a program entitled, Medicare 2010: More Changes Ahead at a number of locations in Southwestern and Southeastern Pennsylvania during November..
January 2010 brings more changes to the Medicare program for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities. Come to one of these trainings to learn about:
- Changes to who is eligible for the Part D Low-Income Subsidy (LIS)
- Changes to who is eligible for the Medicare Savings Programs
(the Buy-in Programs)
- Changes to Part D costs in 2010
- Other developments
