Telephone Assistance Program - Lifeline

Lifeline is a program that provides reduced telephone costs to customers of qualified telephone services. It is available to recipients of General Assistance (GA), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Federal Public Housing Assistance, Medical Assistance, Food Stamps or the National School Free Lunch Program.
