TexasLawHelp is a project of the Texas Access to Justice Commission and the Texas Equal Access to Justice Foundation, in partnership with participating legal aid organizations.  Major funding is provided by the Legal Services Corporation.  The web site is powered by Pro Bono Net.

Probono.net
Probono.net is the organization behind the LawHelp platform, a resource that uses information technology to better connect and organize the public interest legal community in an online environment.  Its mission is to increase the amount and quality of legal services provided to low-income individuals and communities by public interest and pro bono lawyers.  Probono.net is a virtual community where advocates can access extensive legal information and share their information with others working for disadvantaged communities. The site bridges private, legal services and academic sectors of the profession and serves as a model for similar networks in other legal communities.  For more information about Probono.net, call (212) 760-2554.

For further information about the TexasLawHelp project or to report a problem with the website, please contact Neish A. Carroll, TexasLawHelp Project Coordinator, at ncarroll@tlsc.org.
