Who We Serve
See below for an explanation of restrictions on who we can serve.
 
Area(s) Served:  Brewster, Culberson, El Paso, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Loving, Pecos, Presidio, Reeves, Ward, Winkler
 
All of New Mexico and Midland/Odessa is covered for low-fee (not free) services.
Languages Spoken  French, Spanish
Interpreters can be provided for: Interpreters can be provided for many different languages; please call ahead for services.
Wheelchair Accessible Y
Access for the deaf: Signers can be provided if needed; please call ahead for this service.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

  Some programs require 187.50% for funding.
 
Sliding scale available for other clients.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  Immigrant
  This program does not serve prisoners
 
Sliding scale fees may apply in some cases.
