   Affidavit of Heirship for Heirship Concerning the Identity of Heirs
The Affidavit of Heirship Instruction sheet is a guide to completing your own affidavit of heirship. It gives insight as to the purpose of the document, how to execute it and where to file it. The Affidavit of Heirship is a form that will work to transfer property from a decedent (person who died) to their surviving heirs once it is recorded in the real property records of the the county where the land is located.
