Wheelchair Accessible Y
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

  Services are free for people under 125%; there is a small fee for those 125-300%
 
Exceptions are made for those who need payment plans.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  Immigrant
  This program does not serve prisoners
