In 1982 Brazos County Legal Aid and The Brazos County Bar Association formed a non-profit Program to provide civil legal representaion to families of limited means in the Brazos Valley. The primary service objective was in the area of Family Law, however there was also limited representation provided in areas such as: Housing, Consumer Law, Wills & Estates, Individual Rights and other miscellaneous legal matters. This continues to be the focus of the Program today.
