Catholic Charities Immigration Counseling Services, in the Catholic Church's tradition of welcoming the stranger, is committed to advocating for fair and humane policies toward immigrants and to providing low cost, competent counseling and representation to low income immigrants who reside in the Dallas INS District.  Our primary expertise and priority are for cases involving family reunification, abused immigrant women, naturalization and deportation matters.  Beyond individual casework services ICS is committed to conducting community outreach which educates immigrants, community leaders, and the community at large about US immigration law and the contributions of immigrants in our society.
