Hours of Operation:
The Charlotte Amalie Sub Office is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM to 12:00 Noon. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and official Federal holidays. Cashier hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Customers with appointments should place appointment slips/letters in the designated box located at the counter.
Self Help Center
All visitors should visit the Information Counter where forms are dispensed and quick general information is provided. For application filing, complex issues, etc., the customer is given a number. The information section opens everyday at 7:30 AM.

From the Airport: Take the airport exit road. At the traffic light make a right, go to the second light and make another right. You can see the Nisky Center on your right.
From the Water Front: Take the Veterans Drive West toward the airport. Nisky Center is on the left
