The St. Croix Sub Office is open to the public Monday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and official Federal holidays. Cashier hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Customers with appointments should give appointment slips/letters to the Immigration Information Officer and wait until called.
Self Help Center
All visitors should visit the Information Counter where forms are dispensed and quick general information is provided. For application filing, complex issues, etc., the customer is referred to the appropriate Immigration Officer. The information section opens at 8:30 AM on Monday and 8:00 AM Tuesday through Friday. All customers who arrive on or before that time will be seen the same day.

The St. Croix Sub Office is located on Centerline Road (Queen Mary Highway) at Sunny Isle shopping center and can be accessed from either east or west from that road.
