The Unemployment Law Project provides free representation to people at unemployment benefit hearings at the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). We also have a telephone advice and referral line where attorneys are available to answer questions and advise pro se claimants on a number of issues including hearing procedure, appeals and Superior Court filings.
