Clients receive up to 45 minutes of advice & consultation with a volunteer elder law attorney. Open the 1st & 3rd Fridays of each month from 1-3 PM. Open to any KC resident - no income requirements & clients do not need to be seniors. Attorneys will not represent clients & are not available to hire for fee. Attorneys may not have expertise in all areas of the law, but will make every attempt to answer questions accurately. This is a limited legal service & is not meant to be a substitute for representation.
