WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A steady stream of mourners is moving through the Capitol Rotunda in Washington on Thursday morning to pay respects to former President Ronald Reagan, who lies in state there until his national funeral service on Friday.
Capitol Police Chief Terrance Gainer estimated the size of the crowd Thursday morning to be about 30,000 people. He said the length of the wait to view Reagan's casket had fallen from five hours Wednesday to an hour and 45 minutes Thursday morning. |
